We encourage you to consider an annual contract covering all bookkeeping services performed during a specified period of time. Discounts are given to clients who choose to participate in this arrangement.

Our fee is based on the complexity of the work to be performed and our professional time to complete the work. Additionally, this fee is dependent on the timely delivery, availability, quality, and completeness of the information you provide.

Payment is expected on presentation of the invoice for services rendered.

Retainers are required for all nonfiler engagements and collection engagements. The retainer will equal the estimated charges for 3 months.

A minimum setup fee of $225 will be assessed for all write-up and payroll engagements.
